These Terms and Conditions are organised by Section to cover each of our coaching Sections, Camps, Birthday Parties, Kit Orders and the general terms that apply across everything we do. Please read the Section relevant to your booking, together with the general terms below.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, sessions, camps, parties, kit orders and any activities provided by Supreme Ballers Ltd ("Supreme Ballers", "we", "us", "our"). By booking or attending any of our Sections, programmes or activities, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any child or person you are registering.
In these terms:
Our coaching Sections include Saturday Football Club, Pre-Season Training, After School Club and 1-2-1 Private Coaching. The terms below apply to all Coaching Sessions, alongside any specific terms set out for the relevant Section.
Booking: A Coaching Session is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Venue and Schedule: Sessions take place at the venue and time advertised. We may occasionally reschedule or relocate a session; you will be notified in advance where possible.
Uniform Policy: A Supreme Ballers uniform is required for players joining any group Section after completing a trial session. The uniform policy does not apply to 1-2-1 Private Coaching.
1-2-1 Private Coaching: Sessions are delivered at a location agreed between you and the coach. After booking, the coach will contact you to confirm the nearest venue.
Health Declaration: You must inform us before any session of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect participation.
School holiday Camps are full-day football Camps run by the Supreme Ballers coaching team during school holidays.
Days and Hours: Camps run from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, on the dates advertised on the Camps Section of this website.
Drop-off and Collection: Drop-off is from 8:30am and collection is by 3:30pm. Late collection may incur a charge.
What to Bring: A packed lunch, refillable water bottle, suitable clothing and suitable footwear must be provided by the Parent / Guardian. Shin pads are recommended.
Capacity and Cancellation: Camp bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend a Camp in the event of insufficient numbers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered a credit or alternative Camp.
Football-themed Birthday Parties are offered by Supreme Ballers and are subject to availability. Birthday Party bookings are handled on an enquiry basis.
Booking: We will agree the venue, party duration, number of attendees and price in writing in advance.
Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance payable before the party date.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party may be eligible for a credit or refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 14 days of the party are non-refundable.
Where you order a Supreme Ballers Kit or uniform, the following terms apply in addition to those set out above.
Delivery Method: Two delivery methods are available - Pick Up at Session (free) and Home Delivery (£10). You must select a method at the time of order.
Pick Up at Session: You (or a nominee) will collect your Kit at one of our group coaching sessions, at the date and time arranged. Failure to collect may result in a re-arrangement fee.
Home Delivery: Available to addresses within the UK mainland only. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Address Accuracy: You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order. We are not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by you.
Risk and Title: Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or on collection for pick-up orders). Title passes to you once payment has been received in full.
Returns and Refunds: Kit and uniform items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt at info@supremeballersltd.co.uk with proof of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations: You may cancel a Kit order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once dispatched, the returns provisions above apply. Refunds, where due, will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are as stated at the time of booking.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). Supreme Ballers is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected.
Coaching Sessions and Camps: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session may be eligible for a credit or refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable.
Birthday Parties: See Section 5.
Kit Orders: See Section 6.
Supreme Ballers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Sessions, Camps or Parties due to weather, venue issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer a credit or alternative session.
The safety of all participants is our priority. All coaches hold relevant DBS checks and first aid qualifications. We carry out risk assessments for sessions and venues and keep first aid equipment available at every session.
Participants must be in suitable physical health to take part. Suitable footwear and clothing must be worn; shin pads are recommended. You must inform us before any session of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect participation.
Supreme Ballers operates a strict safeguarding policy in line with UK law. All child protection concerns will be dealt with in accordance with our safeguarding procedures (see our Safeguarding Section on this website).
All participants and parents or guardians are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, other participants and venue staff. Supreme Ballers reserves the right to remove any participant from a session, Camp or Party if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
Supreme Ballers may take photographs or videos during sessions, Camps or Parties for use on our website and social media. By booking, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing before the session. Images of minors will never be shared without parental or guardian consent.
In the event of a medical emergency, our coaches are trained in first aid and will call emergency services as required. By booking, you authorise Supreme Ballers to seek emergency medical assistance for your child if we are unable to reach you in time.
Participation in football Coaching Sessions, Camps or Parties involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Supreme Ballers Ltd, its coaches and staff are not liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any participant during or as a result of a session, except where caused by our own proven negligence.
Supreme Ballers holds public liability insurance. However, participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for wearing appropriate footwear and clothing. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings at any venue.
We collect personal information only to manage bookings and to communicate with you about sessions. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more information, contact us at info@supremeballersltd.co.uk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of any of our Sections after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most up-to-date version will always be available on this page.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
